Buying Stocks Transaction Fee
.29% or .0029 from the total cost of purchase to be added includes brokerage commission, VAT and SCCP as follows.
For BUY transactions:
a. Securities Clearing Corporation of the Philippines (SCCP) fee – 0.010% of the gross amount
b. Broker's commission - 0.25% of the gross amount
c. Value Added Tax (VAT) – 12% of the broker's commission
Selling Stocks Transaction Fee
.89% from the Gross Sales to be deducted as brokerage commission, VAT, SCCP fee and the Gross Sales tax as follows.
For SELL transactions:
a. Securities Clearing Corporation of the Philippines (SCCP) fee – 0.010% of the gross amount
b. Broker's commission - 0.25% of the gross amount
c. Value Added Tax (VAT) – 12% of the broker's commission
d. Sales Tax - 0.60% of the gross selling amount
Minimum Commission charge is P20.00 or 0.25% of trade value whichever is higher. This computation is not reflected during trading but rather shall be applied during the End of Day process.
